fix(copy): upload pyr are stored in a directory

Closes IGNGPF-2802

Upload pyramids are always in a directory. In this MR we :

• get pyramids from upload sub-directory
• upload pyramids from each sub-directory to be able to define the correct key

Since we can't define from which folder the pyramid was uploaded, tests are updated to check all pyramids in mocked upload folder.
