feat(check): upload and stored_data

Fusionnée Jean-Marie KERLOCH a demandé de fusionner feat/check_input_param vers main
  • only one upload
  • upload type must be ROK4-PYRAMID
  • output stored data type must be ROK4-PYRAMID-RASTER or ROK4-PYRAMID-VECTOR
  • output stored_data status must be MODIFYING
  • output stored_data storage type must be S3
  • parameter non_existing is not mandatory but must be one of ERROR, SKIP, FORCE
