fix dict definition for r2gg graph configuration : now using r2gg_graph_conf method to avoid modification of R2GG_GRAPH_CONF variable
small fixes for r2gg valhalla and osrm graph generation (missing keys)
fix .sql dumps for correct sequence creation and add some function (steps already done in vector-db-to-pivot-road2 processing)
add pytest with valhalla and osrm generation
