feat(publication): remove use of type param, both operation are defined in resource

closes #13 (closed)

• update tests fixture to update "type" parameter, use ITINERARY-ISOCURVE
• check for ITINERARY-ISOCURVE instead of ITINERARY or ISOCHRONOUS
• remove use of "type" parameter in operation definition:
  • only itinerary operation defined in OSRM resource
  • both itinerary and isochrone operation defined in VALHALLA and PGR resource
