Fix undefined rawValue in extractParam

Fusionnée Cédric Pronzola a demandé de fusionner fix-undefined-rawValue vers master

rawValue can be undefined because of the case of the query property.

This merge request adds toLowerCase to nameInQuery and paramName to fix this behavior.
