PHP - Accès à packagist.org via proxy

Bonjour,

Sans désactiver le proxy, je tombe sur l'erreur suivante :

  curl error 56 while downloading https://repo.packagist.org/packages.json: R  
  received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT                          

https://packagist.org étant le dépôt public pour les dépendances PHP, c'est gênant.
